Master Material for Digital Duplicators
Master Material for Digital Duplicators comes in boxes of two rolls each. Each roll is roughly 200 feet of material. Master material is very light in nature, when you hold it in your hands it can almost feel like a tissue paper. However, on closer observation you'll notice that the master material is very fibrous and has a lot of tensile strength. This is to keep the master from stretching or skewing while the Digital Duplicator prints. Master material is loaded in the digital duplicator on a roll and the machine will feed, image, and cut the masters to size as needed. When the print is finished the Digital Duplicator will then store the used master in a holding bin so that the operator does not need to intervene.
